This contract constitutes an order for portrait photography and prints It is understood that the photographs taken by Lisa Hermes Portrait Design may be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
Contracting Party hereby releases, discharges and agrees to save harmless the Photographer or any persons acting under permission or authority from the Photographer from and against liability that may occur or be produced in the processing or reproduction of the photographs.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is illegal to copy or reproduce the photographs or digital files without the Photographer’s express written permission.
